- he/she has read and abides to the terms and conditions set out by the service supplier;

We, as the booking agent, accept no responsibility for the acts or omissions of the service supplier or for the failure to deliver services provided by them. Your booking request with us is subject to these Booking terms and the specific terms and conditions of the relevant service suppliers applicable to the booking. The service suppliers terms and conditions may limit and/or exclude the service suppliers liability to you in the event of their insolvency either during or prior to the service commencing. Please ask us for the service suppliers terms and conditions if you do not have them.

1.2  Wiser Hospitality Group acts as a booking agent and concierge service. Unless expressly stated otherwise, we do not combine travel services into a single contract or inclusive price.

1.3  Each service is contracted and paid for directly between you and the relevant supplier, unless otherwise stated.

1.4 In certain cases, Wiser Hospitality Group may receive a commission or referral fee directly from a supplier in return for introducing you as a client. Any such commission is a commercial arrangement between us and the supplier and does not affect the price you pay for the service. Your contract for each service remains directly with the supplier, regardless of whether we receive commission in connection with that booking.

2. TRAVEL INSURANCE

2.1 It is a condition of booking with Wiser Hospitality Group that all travellers have adequate and valid travel insurance in place for the full duration of any trip, including any pre-arranged extensions or additional travel arrangements.
2.2 Such insurance should provide appropriate cover for, where applicable, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, personal accident, cancellation, curtailment, travel delays, missed departures, personal liability, loss or theft of luggage and personal belongings, and any activities undertaken during the trip.
2.3 It is the sole responsibility of each traveller to ensure that their travel insurance policy is suitable for their individual circumstances, destination(s), planned activities, and the value of any travel arrangements booked.
